The primary guest checking in to the Hotel must be at least 18 years of age. All children must be accompanied by adults.
Guest under the age of 6 is considered child one child under 6 years stays free of charges when using existing bed Breakfast free for child under 6 years of age if accompanied by paying adult.
Any additional older children are charged INR 700 (plus tax) per night for extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is one. Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the management.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Regular adult breakfast charges will be applied for child above 6 years.
Guests are requested to have the complimentary breakfast in the dining/restaurant room ONLY. Complimentary breakfast will not be served in room. Complimentary breakfast taken to room will be charged INR 350 per person.
Guests are not allowed to hand over the room to other person during the period of their stay.
Any increase in tariff due to taxes applicable at the time of check-in will have to be borne by the guest.
It is mandatory for each guest to present valid photo ID with address proof upon check- in Indian nationals can present any of the following Valid Passport, Driving License, Voter Id, Aadhar Card, Foreign nationals are requested to provide their passports along with valid Visa.
In order to comply with the Government regulations, foreign nationals are requested to co-operate with our reception staff in completing the C form.
Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and check-out time is 12 PM local time. Subject to availability of rooms, we are glad to offer you early check-in and late check-out of an additional charge, at the sole discretion of our management.
The inclusion of extra bed for a booking shall be facilitated for certain room types with a folding bed or a mattress as an extra bed of an additional charge. Only one extra bed is permitted in one room. Please contact reception on 9 for information on additional charge.
Guests are requested to provide PAN Card in case of cash payment amounting to INR 50,000/- or more.
The hotel reserves the right of admission to residents and unmarried / not related couples at the time of check-in.
All bookings must be cancelled 48 hours prior to check-in, in order to avoid cancellation charges.
All outstanding bills must be settled during the check-out. No personal cheques are accepted.
Pets are strictly not allowed inside the hotel.
Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the storage room as per the terms mentioned on the baggage claim tag.
The guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person accompanying them. The guest is responsible to pay the damages for any damaged / broken / missing item in the room(s) occupied by the guest.
Smoking is prohibited inside the entire property including the rooms A fine of INR1,000 will be levied on the guest if it was found that they have smoked in the rooms or common areas. Guests are allowed to smoke in the designated spaces outside the common area.
We will do our best to accommodate all the special requests. However the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
The loss of room card will be charged at INR 250 per card.
Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted inside the hotel premises.
Brining and storing of raw or exposed cinema rolls or any other articles of combustible nature and / or any goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. combing, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
The guests and their accompanying members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance within the hotel premises. The Management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate his / her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, if it is found that their conduct is causing to other guests.
Guests are requested to observe abide and bound by all applicable laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
The Hotel renders its services in accordance with its category and standard. Guests are requested to submit any complaints regarding the quality of service to the reception desk. Thus allowing for the hotels immediate action.
